Send us your vehicle list, logbooks, job sheets or invoices. We build each vehicle's record and its past work. Details read from documents are checked by a person before they're saved.

Every vehicle gets a schedule
Service and MOT intervals are set by vehicle type and can be adjusted per vehicle. Each one shows as overdue, due soon, upcoming or OK.

Send a service-due email to the department responsible for a vehicle, straight from its alert. Every email sent is logged.

Questions
Do we need to install anything?
No. WorkshopDB runs in an ordinary web browser.
Our records are in spreadsheets and paper. Is that a problem?
No, that's the usual starting point. Set-up includes bringing that history in. Anything we can't read reliably is flagged for a person to check.
Is our data kept separate from other customers?
Yes. Each organisation's records are isolated, and that separation is checked on every request.
Does it track mileage?
Not yet. Schedules are based on time intervals, such as a service every six months or an MOT every year.
